The mission of Jowal Foundation is to assist individuals to arrange their business and/or personal financial affairs outside their country of residence. The Foundation uses well-researched structures to support steps to protect assets and to implement measures to provide for dependants, retirement and charity.

A short history of the unique Jowal structures
A group of estate and financial advisors, brokers, accountants and solicitors found existing planning structures very unsatisfactory when they tried to solve the planning needs of clients who want to invest overseas. In desperation, they approached a professor, with a proven research record and with substantial practical experience in the field of estate and financial planning, to assist them. Prof Willie brought a team of professional experts together who developed and tested a new unique Jowal structure. In doing so, they had to solve the usual problems associated with many international structures, namely excessive costs, unnecessary red tape, a lack of control over assets and an unnecessary increase in business risk, all a definite business commonsense no-no.
